Once you make the payment for your No Hassle Jr., and complete your order, you should look for a confirmation email where you will find a link to fill out a form. That’s where you will tell us about your domain, if you already have hosting, which of the 3 demos you want us to install for you etc. Once we get that info, we usually complete the installation within 24-48 hours and send you a welcome email with all the details/logins/instructions etc. and provide you with your login credentials. At that point, you will be able to start setting up and customizing your website, and plugging in all your text and images!

Once we install your No Hassle Jr. (on our hosting service or yours), you will be able to start setting up and customizing your website, and plugging in all your text and images (don’t stress! We provide detailed instructions and tutorials on how to do everything). Depending on how prepared you are in advance with your text and images, you could finish your website in as little as a day, but of course it depends on your pace and how long it will take you to write your text etc. A very reasonable time frame of completion is 1-2 weeks, assuming you invest some time every day working on it.

It REALLY is only USD$59 (one time fee!) and there are no hidden costs! However, we offer also hosting and this is how it works:

• Hosting: We offer FREE hosting for 3 months if you don’t already have a hosting service or if you would like to switch over. It’s only $9/month after that (you can switch to another hosting service at any time). Cost: Free for 3 months, then $9/month, cancel at any time

Domain – If you don’t already own a domain name, you will need to buy one through GoDaddy.com or a similar company. Most new domain names cost only around $12!

Hosting Service – Your No Hassle Jr. can be hosted on your own hosting service or on our hosting service. We offer FREE hosting for 3 months if you don’t already have a hosting service or if you would like to switch over. It’s only $9/month after that (you can switch to another hosting service at any time).

If you have any quick questions while you are working on your website, we will gladly answer them and help! As a No Hassle Website customer, you also get FREE access to our closed Facebook Group where you can get technical help, and access to unique and exclusive new training regularly (on subject such as branding and marketing, Facebook Ads, how do webinars to grow your business etc.). In our Facebook Group you will also find a Database of FAQ and a ton of answers, tutorials and videos for additional things and features people have asked for already. You are not alone on this journey and we have yet to leave anyone “stuck” with an issue! While we have created a website that probably fits 90% of the needs of most kids/teenagers have in a website, we understand that we cannot create a “one-size fits all” website, and some small tweaks/modifications will be necessary to fully match your unique brand and needs. You will be the owner 100%!! Whether you choose to use your own hosting service or ours, you are the owner of your domain, you will have full control of your cpanel (hosting) and you can move, change or do whatever you want with your website!

If you are unhappy with your No Hassle Jr. for any reason and let us know within 7 days of the day we installed your website on your or our server, we will refund you in full. However, if we install your No Hassle Jr. on your own server, we will need to get access to your cpanel (hosting) again, and uninstall your website (this will also delete any content/images you may have uploaded/modified since installation) before issuing the refund.

YES – because the overall structure and layout of the website will be similar to websites by other people who purchase the No Hassle Jr. But really NO – because by the time you choose your favorite color scheme, or customize it to your own brand colors, change the text, content and images, and sprinkle it with your own unique touch, most people will have no idea it is “the same” website as someone else’s who also use the No Hassle Jr. to build their website.
